Stephen King is the best at making you care about the characters. I too loved The Institute...I cried when it came to the end for Avery. That one had me bawling like a baby. How does SK do it? He gets right in there and makes you feel everything. Love seeing your collection expanding...I need to get me some shelves like that! 👌😃

I loved it too, but King doesn't understand how flash drives work. He seems to think they are copy protected. Returning the flash drive means nothing. You can copy the video file and upload it to YouTube. You could save it to the cloud, and copy it all over the world. King seems to think that only one copy of this video can exist, and it's somehow impossible to copy it off the flash drive.

I thought by the US cover that the Institute would be on a train and always moving. Now I realize they're combining his room, or his room at the institute, with the train. Very clever. I like this US cover better than the two UK covers. Of the two UK covers, I like the purple over the blue.

Finished it three days ago and put this video off until now 🤣 I didn't devour it but I did love it it was so well written ive kept my copy as I know I will read it again

I enjoyed your videos, Landon, keep it up. For suggestions, you should give Thomas Pynchon and Roberto Bolaño a read. I highly recommend V. and A Little Lumpen Novelita.

Note: For V., get the Vintage and Bantam edition. The rest of the edition has rewritten words, while the two editions follows the original British 1st printing.
