decision about buying the MB 12' in 2015 was the best decision on PC I ever made!

Light, battery life, retina screen,

- I use it for my job while travelling on my bicycle

As an INTJ, I get frustrated over and over again as how people claim to be "tech" reviewers but never actually show functionality or even stats with specific usages. Thanks for doing that, very helpful!

All this video did for me was confirm that the original MacBook 12 isn't the POS all the media outlets made it out be back in 2015. It held up just fine against the 2017 model.

Still very happy with my 2015 base. I notice the occasional stutter here and there but it's nothing to bother me and it still outperforms any previous laptop I've owned

I had the 2015 12 inch macbook maxed out since the day it come out. Recently (2020) purchased another maxed out 2017 macbook 12 inch with i7 processor, 1.4Gghz, 16gb memory and 512gb storage and its VERY OBVIOUSLY FASTER, SNAPPIER more stable. Also the newer keyboard (Butterfly ver 2) is just way better. It was a great move. I am thrilled!!! I do have the 13 inch Touch Bar maxed out as well. IT IS JUST TOO HEAVY by comparison. I never take it out of the office.
Even the MacBook Air weighs too much.

for me, in my opinion, if it's your main computer(or your only computer), every little performance increase matters, because you dont know maybe you'll need to do some editing or even little gaming at any time. but if its your secondary device, say you already have an iMac Pro or a Decent Windows PC, just get the 2015 on eBay, save some buck and take your family to a nice dinner. :D

Would it suffice for developer's as the Macbook Pro is to heavy to carry around. And I prefer portability instead of power?

Was that a gold or pink version used in the review? Hard to tell due to the high color saturation.

Well done!!
I have a macbook 2015 and I love it!! I can use it for RAW processing in affinity photo and it is quite good. Do you think that the i7 model could be a valuable choice?

Would the 2017 12" MacBook be sufficient as my only computer, if I don't play games nor do video editing?

Hello may I know about the MacBook 12 inch 2017 1.3ghz. Is it the same as the 1.2ghz with the comparison ?

Coming to this video 5 years late, is this Max the camera reviewer/Max Tech host? Cool to see his early work! I’m defo considering a used 12” MacBook or Asus UX390U as a way to try ChromeOS Flex but with a nicer display and build than current Chromebooks as I miss 11-12” laptops.

is the 2015 original macbook still worth it?

Thank you for the Video, that is exactly why I was watching your video, before my 2015 gets older (although I am happy with it) I agree that one port it is not enough, I think apple was trying to sell us more accessories, they could have put another usb C where the Audio Jack was place. It was a lack of consistency when they just eliminate the Jack port from the Iphone 7 and then they present a computer with a Jack port, a contradiction.
So, I still like the Macbook for it size and light weight, easy to carry around. So, does it really make sense to switch from the year 2015 1.2ghz Dual-Core to 2017 edition 1.4 and i7? I got the feeling than it does before my 2015 loose more value as second hand product.

What is the best iOS that I should run on the 2017 edition? In my 2015 I am still using Big Sur and not sure if I should upgrade it. I appreciate your comments
