Can't Hear Myself When I Press Play in Logic Pro X, Here's What To Do

If you can't hear yourself when you press play in Logic X, chances are your "Auto Input Monitoring Button" is on, this will disable monitoring in playback mode.

Is there another way to do this? I am having the same problem but I don't have the same arrangement of buttons at the top, so am not sure how to solve this problem still. Turning the input monitoring off (the I button?) on the backng track doesn't seem to help.
