In Ireland there was a terrible pogram that started in Cork and spread to Limerick and lasted a week. Catholic Irish complained about Meat prices made by Hebrew there was some "Hateful Talk" and the Hebrew Butcher's goods were boycotted for a say 8 day's and then a lasting peace was negotiated. Ireland has a very old Hebrew community but it's very small and mainly in the Cities of Dublin, Belfast and Cork. Today it numbers only 2000 to 2500 people as younger people emigrate to the US, Canada and Australia. I've lived in Australia for 34 year's, I'm Irish, Catholic, and growing up in Ireland I had probably more contact with Irish Hebrews than most, our butcher, our 2 doctor's and a one of my highschool of my parents were also teacher's at the same school. Here in Australia I have met other Irish on St Patrick's Day at the Irish Irish as myself and Hebrew.

Jerusalem is the holiest city for both Jews and Christians, Mecca and Medina are the holiest cities for Muslims and Jerusalem is a distant 3rd or 4th, yet Muslims still deny the right of Jews and Christians to pray in Jerusalem and celebrate the city as the holiest place in their religions - this should instruct us all on the tolerance Muslims have for other religions and their ability to live at peace with others
