What saddens me is that the new status quo that King will leave Batman in at the end of his run will be carried over to Tynion's run, and we still have King's own Bat/Cat book waiting in the pipeline. There's no reason to celebrate the end of this run, as it's clear its ramifications will follow Batman for years to come.

got something wrong there, around 2:30: Thomas didn't know who was playing against Bruce till he met the Joker in the Church, after Thomas asks the Joker, who told him about the wedding, Joker replies banana as in "Bane-nana" shortly after you have Thomas meeting Bane in Arkham Asylum, so Thomas actually has nothing to do with the wedding fiasco, his plans were the slog that followed it

I used to 💖 Flashpoint Batman, but after this King hack run I think that don't ever want to see him again.

Anyone else feel like DC is ignoring the Dr. Manhattan stuff until the doomsday clock series ends? Because I remember when that was like the big deal going into DC rebirth but now it feels like a bit of an afterthought.

So reverse flash got Thomas to work for bain while pretending to be controlled by bain to stop bruce from being I like ozymandus controlling dr. Manhattan to control Thomas, to control bruce so he can't he can't interfere with him.

Eh, it was fine. The Reverse Flash angle was neat but underwhelming. The Flashpoint Batman backstory could've been done better if half the story was told earlier and the rest was told nearing the finale.

Will he....
A)Communicate with Geoff Johns or Brian Azzarello to properly understand what was going on in Flashpoint particularly Batman.

B) Read the Flashpoint Batman and several of the stories linked to the character and explain how some characters were dead in this issue though some were shown to still be alive in the Flashpoint Batman tie-in.

C) Just make up crap and hope it makes sense and no one calls him out on the continuity errors or plot holes.
