Kenpachi most likely wins cuz he'd just one shot kill Askin. If Mayuri had time to prepare and had enough information on Death Dealing he would win. Rojuro could win if he used his bankai cuz his 3rd thing is a one shot. Toshiro could also win if he was adult form.

Komamura with immortality is the perfect counter to Askin power, Askin is faster and Komamura has a time limit, but can see him winning (it's very debatable, my opinion)

Everyone is forgetting the fact that Askin can just become immune to your attack and Reiatsu as soon as he's attacked. He can also make it so the blood in your body becomes poisonous. Unless you have hax or insane durability combined with insane ap then you're dead pretty much. Only other option is being incredibly sneaky and involving other people like Urahara did

Mayuri and Yamamoto should win against him.

Askin ran away from Mayuri and literally stated he was happy he didn't reveal his ability to him. Mayuri can literally alter his nerves, organs etc in split seconds so he would be able to deal with anything Askin throws at him however Mayuri has many tricks that can affect Askin.

I get the feeling Mayuri would be a bad matchup for Askin. The more hax you have the worse it tends to go for you against Mayuri.
