Nice video but this is how it should be done:
(Right Click in Desktop)-> Personalize->Themes->Desktop icon Settings then select COMPUTER and apply done.

While this works, it's not the right way, nor the best way. Go to Settings > Personalization > Themes > Desktop icon settings Under Desktop Icons select This Computer (or computer) and click OK. Thanks for the video.

The proper method:
Settings > personalization > themes
Scroll down to desktop icon settings
