Clarification: I did NOT say that walnuts are bad for you; I just pointed out that they do not live up to their reputation as excellent sources of plant-based omega-3s. Walnuts, like many other nuts, are high in other healthy fats (such as monounsaturated fat), very low in carbs, and not excessive in protein. They are also giant trees with deep roots, giving them access to minerals that many other plants cannot reach.

, I just discovered to you yesterday. I appreciate all your studying and information. I hope you see this I'm writing it here because it's the most recent video. Have you looked into long Covid and how it relates to health and well-being. I got Covid for years ago in March and I am still not well. I take very good care of my diet and supplements but my biggest problem at this time is respiration. I get out of breath just walking across the room or talking on the phone or doing the dishes. Thank you again and hopefully you will see an answer this, Robin Valentina

This reminds me? Back when I was actually working out of my home it was often necessary to eat lunch at one of the seven downtown restaurants near my place of employment. Of course my friends often ate there as well. One such "friend" would be passing by and the second he saw me or someone else he knew he would come rushing in and the conversation would inevitably go as follows: "Friend". O.K. lets see what are "we" having for lunch today?" And if he got there before the order arrived his response would inevitably be:
"Oh no, no, no no no! Can't eat that bad for you bad for you!" I was, according to him, never eating (or drinking) anything that he considered to be good for me. One day when I was late I was only drinking a large glass of water so when he came rushing up I said before he started "I'm only having a glass of water so you aren't going to be telling me its bad for me are you?" He was dumb struck! Finally after a couple of minutes he said: "I guess a couple of sips is O.K. but be careful since you don't know what's in beside the water" The moral to the story is this: No matter what you eat or drink in this environment, on You Tube there will always be some "expert" who will immediately be posting: "Oh no don't eat that bad for you bad for you." A prime example is kidney disease and protein - the bottom line not one study, not one, has ever even suggested that protein was "bad" for people with kidney disease. Aka Dr. Ken D. Berry MD you want to goggle him since he backs up everything he says with the background research rather than just his opinion from twenty some odd years of practice.

I think I should get a second opinion because this sounds fishy for me. Since I eat 4 walnuts / day I have no problem with my prostate. I took medication before every day. So I will stick with walnuts.

Algae Oil has the same DHA / EPA ratio as Salmon and Sardines. Experts don't recommend that you avoid Salmon and Sardines due to the DHA / EPA ratio. The criticism of the ratio in Algae oil is silly.

I make an oatless overnight oats.

Coconut cream, ground flax and chia (fill a coffee grinder) add in frozen berries like blue berries or strawberries or a mix. Stir adding cinnamon. Cover and put in fridge over night.

You can make a different version adding in cacao powder and maple syrup and some dried mullberries. It makes a kind of chocolate pudding. The mullberries get crunchy in the fridge.

Easy to make and gets some good omegas. Probably keto too.

I gave up most all long chain oils. My Graves’ disease is in remission, and my blood pressure is now under control.
All oils from vegetables, and fish are inflammatory for my body. In the upper Amazon there are likely less than five percent of the population that don’t have a gut. They eat plant based oils almost exclusively, safflower is big here.
I can’t understand how people can believe plant based oils are good for health.

How are you and your wife doing? I know that she's been through a lot..
I'm the guy who had the stroke now. It's been 4 and a 1/2 years. I'm actually doing really well and I hope that your wife is doing the same. I hope that you are too. It's a hard thing. Just know, that is always. I'm there for you guys.
