Those settings are insane. brute force - 64, 4/120 sampling - use the threshold to control grain/quality. Barely ever need to touch overrides

Unfortunately there is no such thing as 'best settings for Redshift' as it completely differs per project. If there were they wouldn't have given you all these options right? Good thing to play around with these settings and find out what works for you :)
