Helix Balisong Tutorial! EASY BUTTERFLY KNIFE TRICKS

What helped me in the part where you switch between the index rollover and thumb rollover was this: When you start the index rollover, focus on pulling/throwing the bali towards you, so the momentum pushes it up against your pointer finger, then once you switch to the thumb, focus on pushing the bali away from you so the momentum pushes it towards your thumb. Since you had the knife moving towards you at first you need to switch to pushing away after to maintain that force pushing the bali against your finger so it doesn't fall off. So as you do index rollover think pulling in, and as you start the thumb rollover think pushing out

amazing tutorial, somehow learning this to a somewhat good extent only took me about an hour and a half and the only trick i could do before was a zen roll over. helix is pretty easy if you just focus on each part of it alone instead on all at once

I learned this almost smoothly in about 2 days with a cheap 20 euro squiddy clone. Idk if it counts but i've flipped since 15 but i couldn't afford to buy any good knives at the time and now at 20 i got the chance and i started again. I stopped pretty much after 1 or 2 months at the time as all my amazon flippers went flying into pieces (yes they were that bad). At the moment i am waiting for a Jk g10 orca clone, theone tsunami clone and kraken clone. I have high hopes for the tsunami one (120 euro). I can't wait, i loved this hobby since a teenager. Btw good video, the pov and the slo-mo is very useful
