He gets a little frustrated as I attempt to get him to change how he does works it out. Teaching them to tell the sounds, using their fingers is so brilliant. I will try this next time. Love this! I always make my daughter stretch the sounds out. It’s becoming a little more difficult with digraphs. Any tips on helping my daughter differentiate between “tch” and “ch” at the end of a spelling word?

That should work for Italian, but not for English, should it? For example, you pronounce it more like exampel. Or you don't pronounce the e in are.

Dyslexia please 😂 My son has adhd and can read like a wiz and spell along with math, but my daughter would have forgotten the sound she heard doing it the second time on knowing the s is there. After many many times it’s not comprehensible.
