You could also try restarting your router, using a different ethernet port on it, but do bear in mind, packet loss can occur on the cod server's end so if you've tried everything, it could just be them which would hopefully be resolved quickly!

It’s the servers yeah but I believe it is implemented in the algorithm for people to experience packet loss, I will play several matches with no packet loss and then 15-20% for 5 games in a row. I’ll back out over and over until there isn’t is packet loss, while it is happening to no one in my party but me.

I get no internet connection in cod with The QoS tagging turned on. I turn them both off and it lets me in, resetting "alternate MAC address" used to help with the lag, but hasnt lately. Also, in modem settings check wireless radio channel setting, the 'best channel' can change frequently resulting in slow connection.

Even if my internet is plugged in, I still lag. Yet, streamers have perfect connection. My upload/download speeds are definitely not the issue according to the network diagnostic. I don’t understand how else to get better internet. I’m using the fastest internet in my area. Ethernet cable is plugged in and STILL NOTHING

Yeah I've noticed since season 2 I've had packet loss and consistent lag every 15 seconds in every game. Not sure if it's because of the free trial or not but I went and bought the x series hoping I would get cleaner more updated servers but I was wrong

I recently had a wifi outage so i had no internet… it came on this morning so i started playing cod but my first game in it said i had 20% packet loss and 50-60 ms ping

when i turn on qos tagging settings it doesnt let me in anymore it says network failed to connect

My internet never had any problems until the new season 3 reloaded update and now i cant get through a game of zombies without lagging out completely, multiplayer is unplayable coz of the lag spikes and rebirth/warzone lags so much my bullets dont register when im literally aiming right at people and all bullets would normally hit (dont have the best aim but defo shouldnt be doing that)

Literally not played this since completing the battle pass with spawn in it and it was changed for the worse which is why i stopped ppaying but just updated it and its worse than ever and im on series x
