Did most of the steps and it helped with the issue a bit however I’m convinced it is a server problem and not on our end. My internet is fine and can play other games with no issues maybe they will come out with a fix soon :/

Bro I wanna give you a hug, I haven’t lagged not once after this video.

For those that have doubts this is what I had to do.

When you go in your fire wall, make sure to also make an outbound rule with those same ports listed in the video. So that’s 2 for inbound & 2 for outbound.

The next thing I did was put windows 32 priority separator on 22.

I’m running a 5900x cpu so I went into the game file & changed my video memory scale to

For the render worker count I was playing around with it & found that taking the number all the way to the right & putting it to your max threads makes a huge difference.

Ontop of that you have to find the best value for the actual render worker count. This handles how much of the cpu the game will utilize. for me I like 14. it’s the sweet spot.

make sure that you have gpu acceleration turned off in windows.

Make sure your internet adapter is optimized in device manager.

make sure your bios settings are in order.

make sure you have good ram & that it’s stable with xmp or your oc.

And you should be good.

That Norton stuff instantly fixed my pc, had a fresh build and didn’t even noticed it download through the Msi center app. My games felt super laggy, cod constantly packet bursting, removing Norton solved all my issues 👍🏽👍🏽

@Last Error Fixer so you just do the port fowarding on the firewall. do you have to shut off upnp or port forward on the router as well, and finally is doing this only on the computer as shown here and not on the router, is it a security risk or it is safe? I think what your doing is basically opening the nat type and port fowarding.
