I have taken 3 months plan but I want to download the bill in monthly breakdown for my internet reimbursement, as my company allows till 1000 rupees per month.

My 3 month plan period is over. Now wish to change to 6 month plan before bill payment. Do the needful service to enable for the payment. Do not disconnect till our payment is being cleared.

After making a payment, we don't receive the receipt in the email (even after clicking on the send email option from the app), and it is not available in the portal also. This is a monthly problem since it delays my claim with my employer. What is your plan to fix it? It is annoying that i could not reach out to any of the support personal and your chat support dones't have the option to request receipt.

Unable to pay bill using my credit card repeatedly. Last month also I faced the same problem. It accepted only UPI transaction. I would prefer to pay using my credit card. Please fix this problem.
