You know this arc was focused on the Uchiha when the opening's color scheme is Sharingan.

The itachi and sasuke scene was touching not gonna lie.

I don't know why but the beginning of this opening gives me a James Bond vibe.

The starting sequence for this opening is put together so well.
We start with the tails of Kurama swaying in fury as a reference to the nine tails attack on Konoha. The tails then swirl in the pattern of Obito's mask, highlighting that he was behind the attack.

We then transition to Itachi on the night of the Uchiha massacre. The transitioning from Obito's mask to Itachi is reference to Obito's involvement with the massacre. Itachi disappears leaving the moon present, the white moon I believe is to represent Izanami (Izanami is shown as a white circle in the show), which translates well with the next transition being of Kabuto putting on his glasses (who had Izanami used on him).

We then see Rin in a pool of blood from the ninjas Obito killed in rage on the night of her death, then Obito is revealed, highlighting that she is his primary motive for starting the war.
