You might wanna try doing a 5x5 routine for a month if you find yourself in a rut. Switching things up once in a while can help keep you out of plateaus. Also, if you get stuck at a certain point on your bench routine like you can't break past a certain kg max, you might try increasing the reps or weight you use for working triceps for a month. Triceps are 75% of your bench, so you'll wanna really get your triceps as strong as possible. It will really help your bench. Skull crushers, close grip bench, and especially Spoto press or JM presses as supplemental work can really help your max bench.

Going by this, 80kg x 3 = 85kg 1RM. You're knocking on the door of 90kg.

80kg x 5 = 90kg 1RM. I reckon you should keep pushing reps at this weight until you hit 5 without grinding, then do a 1RM attempt.

How's the nutrition going? I bet if you keep eating in a surplus, you'll hit 90 by the end of the month with ease.

I did 80kg x 2 last week, after small trip for trek, now I'm back n couldn't do even 80x1, maybe in a week will be back to 80kg

I've said before, you're looking better every day and this is no exception. To be honest, I think you have the strength for 85, maybe even 90kg X3 you just need to work on planting your shoulders and keeping them depressed/retracted throughout the whole set. Maybe worth focusing on straightening your bar path a touch, and planting your feet solidly with a slight external rotation in the knee. Really excited to see how far you progress, keep at it big man!

Tuck your elbows a bit more. Looks like The bar is dumping forward a bit which is making you arms less stacked under the bar and making it harder to effectively press up and back.
