Wish Warping Wail had better art, since I think it's going to see so much play in Modern and Standard. The card is really powerful and almost never dead. Keep making videos man I like watching them :)

I feel like Sea Gate Wreckage could see play in modern in decks like Affinity, Burn or Elves. Basically any deck that empties their entire hand in the first 2-3 turns of the game could use some way to gas back up and this land seems perfect for that. It's like a one sided Howling Mine.

I've been looking forward to these!

Tomorrow I'll post the prerelease primer and in there we review expeditions.  Now that we have looked at the whole set, any overall favorite cards?

Deceiver of Form has Deceived you quite well. It's mostly just an 8/8 for 7, which is fine, but it's "upside" isn't that much better compared to a vanilla creature. Just how many big creatures do you expect to have in your limited deck to create those dream scenarios beyond itself? We won't have that many scion tokens anymore - 2/3's of the draft is taken up by oath packs. And if you wanted to make everyone a flyer, and to have that be a consistent outcome, then you'd need a lot of flyers in your deck to make that happen. But if you had a lot of flyers, why do you need to top-deck one and transform your team of flyers into a team of flyers? And just how much better is the random creature of the top in your limited deck going to be compared to what's in play?

Once again, you live in this "best-case-scenario" mentality. The only good thing about this card - an affect that you didn't mention - is that you get to Scry 1 when it attacks (albeit your opponent sees the cards too). But this thing is not that great, and I'd be upset to get it as one of my rares.

I enjoy your videos. Didn't start watching till Oath came out. I think your taking this set and talking about standard a little to much and lose focus on reviewing the set for what it is but I still watched all of them and thanks for the effort.

Do you think that warping wail will be a value card, even as pricey as Inquisiton of Kozilek or Serum Visions?
