Magic: The Gathering - Oath of the Gatewatch Prerelease

The Planeswalkers working as individuals were defeated in their attempt to take down the Eldrazi. They form a team called the Gatewatch, and each take an oath vowing to protect the multiverse.

Take your own Oath at your local game store, get your Prerelease deck box, and play with the new cards first. Many Prerelease events will feature the Two-Headed Giant format, so bring a teammate!

Usually 2HG sealed is just 8 packs, so with 12 packs I imagine the deck quality is going to be really good.

So the prerelease kit doesn't include waste lands? So if we don't get any colorless mana sources and creatures that need colorless mana we are pretty much screwed then? It shouldn't be a problem in future events like drafts because at that point people will have extra waste lands, but seeing how this is the first event i would think this would be a problem.

was really looking forward to prerelease then i went to get info at the book store that hosts it and they said teams are random :/ i was so excited to play with my friend i taught magic just for this event :(.
