Flight attendant union leader claims 'broad support' for 'Medicare for All'

The head of a flight attendants union that represents nearly 50,000 members across the country said Thursday that there is “broad support” within the labor movement for “Medicare for All.”

I have done the math. My health care negotiated by my union currently costs 32.01% of income when including employer share (employer, 27.6%, employee 4.41%). After finding out that Bernie would exempt the first $29, 000 for employees, it would go down to 8.58%. Would I rather pay the tax than the premium and no longer have out of pocket costs at the point of service? You bet, I would!
