I’ve just recently found your channel. I will be 59 in a week and I’m on a journey to better my health through intermittent fasting and exercising. “Your best authentic self “ has hit home for me. After a health scare last summer (pre diabetes diagnosis) I’ve been researching and researching ways to reverse this diagnosis and I have been doing well with intermittent fasting and removing sugar and processed foods from my diet. But until I heard you say “your authentic self “ I felt like I was doing all these “things “ just to reverse pre diabetes…now I understand im really working towards being my authentic self!! AND I LOVE THAT FOR ME!!! Thank you so much!!

I just found you 4 days ago and have been doing 20/4 since then, I am starting to feel great again. I have been fasting since may 22, I had great results but then 2023 brought a lot of stress, I did not realise how big my eating window had become, consequently I have gained weight and a very sore hip, I need to drop the weight quickly. I was beginning to despair thinking I couldn’t get back to fasting. Then I saw one of your videos and voila I am back doing it.
Wish I’d known about pause and think earlier, oh well I’m here now. Thank you for your marvellous videos. 😊

I am new to all this and tried the fast today for 19 hours. this afternoon I eat roasted veggies and lean turkey for lunch, two hours later I blew a 5 on the lumen. Do you have any thoughts on this. I am 55 and 30 pounds over weight. Losing weight has been very hard for me. Thank you!

Post menopause and frustrated. If fasting 20hrs i wouldn't be able to get over 100 grams of protein. 🤦🏼😬
