I've used the link from Dropbox as advised, but when I drop the files and click convert - the window with the message "Audio watermark will be added" opened, I still clicked Convert and an error message came up- "Conversion error". In addition, a new message stating "New version has been downloaded. It will be installed after restart. Can you help?
