You could also use gas to kill them rather than just the hooks. It's more difficult to navigate, but it's also a lot harder for Titans to kill you, grab you, or even turn. Plus, it gives you cool points and makes you look like Levi

Idk usually what I do is grab their shoulder or pectoral than I go towards them, do a flip and slash because It automatically gets you behind them.
