Please add more. Why does the device stop running when pushing string increase button? How does the mechanically work when not running? How do you change out the string cartilages?

The video should have been close up to show the screw. Too dark to see the details.. There should also be a pause between steps. Yeah, I can start and pause and restart, but a breath's pause creates the space for stop/start. Had to look elsewhere

The 'Free trimmer string for life' is misleading, as the shipping for the replacement spools is 5 times $$ what it should be based on weight.

After having used a Worx weed trimmer for the past 15 years, I finally decided to upgrade! However, the trimmer angle adjustment on the new Worx unit was extremely difficult to move! As a result, it completely snapped and broke off! This is not an improvement!
