Also don't be afraid to restart battles, i do this pretty often. And after a couple of turns i win the battle because of rng with how you get the cards

I forced myself to understand the game and now I love it haha it’s a lot of fun. Sometimes you just have to take some losses to get the mechanics down but once you get it, it is great.

Yea i realized this too after my first fight with ned, which I struggled, I had to fight him like 10 times but then started realizing taking up the spaces as soon as you can is the best strategy rather worrying to buff your points. The best strategy is to let an opponent win one line, while you focus on the other 2 lines placing cards there asap.

Yeah I realized this the first time I played the bartender. If you just make it so the opponent has no more moves, you basically win

This is basically what I do. Deny them spaces so they have no turns, then I can do what I like for the remaining spaces. Easy wins

Queens Blood is SO FUN! I've always liked card games like Yu-Gi-Oh, Naruto, Vanguard (pretty much everything but Magic, lol) so this game was right up my alley. My strategy is based on blowing the opponents cards up and taking their squares. So far nobody can beat it but once I get to later chapters I'll try the strategy in the vid.

I still can’t get a hang of it and winning is hit and miss for me. Feels like whoever gets the middle columns will win. But you have to get it after your opponent already placed a pawn there and steal it

Hated this card game at first but once I figured out how to actually play it’s all I want to do lol

Later on I found out that you can make your opponent go first. In my experience, going first is harder, since your opponent can essentially counter you most of the time. So, I just skipped my first turn then bam, now I'm doing the countering.

only in chapter 7 so far and got to North Corel. Best game so far has been 36-0. looks like some later cards i can even push more. lost out on the first 2 games before i learned i can restart games. Dont really lose much but occasionally ill have a bad set ill restart. super fun game cant wait to find all cards.

its all about board control and area denial, set up the highest score you can while leaving no room for the pother player to get a strat rolling.

RNG is half of this game. Just learn to be okay with restarting, because sometimes you get a shitty draw. It happens. A good deck will eventually be better, it’s whoever draws the best in the end, plus good overall placement.

Figured i check out how others are handling the card game, but im mostly happy with my area claiming/enhancement combo deck. It hilarious when i rack up 50+ points in most games. Highest ive gotten was 69 in one game (though i believe it was the gold saucer gimmick match with polygonal ifrit)
