You're supposed to start this on the burner, then bring it under the broiler. The crust is completely not browned here, cause 400 oven heat in a not pre-heated pan is definitely not enough. If you're going to bake it, crank the heat up to max and pre-heat your pan. That's also the way to make a regular pizza, as opposed to pan pizza

Crank the oven as high as it can go. 400 will do the job, but the hotter, the better.

Best way is to Cook the dough for 10 min on the stove top. Then add sauce cheese ingredients and broil for 5 minutes. Perfection

Underside it's browned yet... can't at just 15 minutes. Finish it on the stove for about 5 minutes to brown the bottom.
