I love corn dip recipes. I will try this one for the next football game menu. You could put chopped green onions and cilantro in 5:28 place of jalapeños. That is what I add to mine. I know a lot of people DON’T like jalapeños or cilantro. Thank you for shaing 😊

Use the pickled jalapenos. They aren't nearly as hot. Also I do use less of those.

I live in Mississippi, I found Dukes one time, bought it and didn't like it like Hellmans. My Mom made what she called Corn Salad. It had drained Whole Kernel Corn, diced Bell Peppers and Onions, grated Cheese, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper and mixed with Mayonnaise. I took it to Work and my Coworkers used it as Dip. She made it occasionally in the Summer with Pork Chops. We loved it.
