America: Too Fat to Fight

Obesity is preventing the U.S. military from being able to recruit qualified soldiers. CNN's Carol Costello sat down with Major General Allen Batschelet.

Remove the sugar (like corn sugar) in food and drinks and you will start to tackle that problem. Remove soda, coke, fanta, ice tee, sweet bread, and other shit from the diet and you will start to lose (step by step) the fat.

This is a BIG problem not for wars but for people. Look at what's in the food just more crap to make people hungrier and it's completely preventable but people didn't choose to sell themselves this junk, it's what's being shoved infront of them all the time and all day long. Do we really need 500 Mcdonald's, 300 Burger Kings, and 10, 000 other countless burger, taco, and fried chicken joints? This is most of the food that's available in all of the poor communities. What else were they going to eat? Now you even have a lot of wealthy folks that are battling this same obesity issues too. We all are going to have to do something. Some people are fat and they're pretty much just as healthy as anyone else but OBESITY is where more health issues start thriving. Food today is nothing but a drug and peoople are going to need a lot more help.
