As a remember, going in human form offered regeneration of you were of wolf stock. That is your normal shape is wolf. Has that been changed, or am I miss remembering?

(and Metis had regeneration in all forms as I remember it.)

This is a lie the hispo form gives no bonus to the senses at all and no speed or tracking bonuses at all and the fact it sucks at stealth a necessary skill for hunting is so dumb. This system did Hispo so dirty and I'm so mad about it.

I think I may just simplify and get rid of the human+ and wolf+ forms just go with human, wolf and Crinos.
