Amazing how they don’t explain how a small lantern burns down an entire stone fortress

The Acolyte has to be one of the biggest stinkers of a tv show I’ve ever seen. I always love your takes on movies and tv shows.

All the witches collaped and died when the real force kicked their thread control out of the wookie?
...MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!!

I think the funniest part of this show is how LH thinks she has crafted a nail-biting mystery, rife with nuance and cleverness, when all she really has produced is 8 episodes of

If you don't have enough of a story for 8 episodes, how does it cost $180 million?

I never seen so many Jedi influenced by their emotions. We have a bunch of anakins running around in this show. And apparently the twins are also a bunch anakins running around on this show lol

Darth trinity disconnected the coven from the matrix, Sol couldn't hold two children up with the force (but held the bridge they were standing on up), and Torbin killed himself because he was homesick.
The pinnacle of storytelling. (Disney SW)

You gotta hand it to Disney they not only got us to watch the show but also replays of the scene from different angles with a few new minutes of footage.

Thanks for watching it Michelle. It seems they still are not able to tell a coherent story.

The thing that got to me the most was the breaking of point of view. This was supposed to be Sol's telling of the events at the witch coven. But often Sol wouldn't be present when these events were taking place and being told to the audience. It's storytelling 101. If you're writing from a character's POV, you can't show the audience something that the POV character isn't also being shown.

So Episode 7 reveals that Osha and Mae are one being inhabiting two bodies. When all the witches die when Indara performed that Jedi equivalent of an exorcism on Kelnacca, that made me think back to “The power of one, the power of two, the power of many”. I think Koril inhabits many bodies, so when Indara performed the exorcism, she pulled Koril out of Kelnacca, plus most of the bodies of the witches. Kelnacca was born a true individual, while the witches were born as vessels for Koril, so Kelnacca survived the exorcism, and the witches did not.

How exactly Osha and Mae tie into all that isn’t exactly clear to me. I suspect that Aniseya has been quietly inhabiting Osha’s body ever since Sol allegedly killed her, while Koril has been inhabiting Mae’s body ever since Indara performed the exorcism.

Apparently Sol is a Jedi master who is so weak, he can’t hold 2 little kids with the force. I swear the writing in this show is hot garbage. There is so much I could go on about but I refuse to. There is no point in wasting my energy.

This episode was just the 3rd episode again with even more cringe. Let's be honest Torbin drank the poison because he wanted nothing else to do with this mess lol

Confusing episode. Not sure what the Jedi did to have Tobin "Delete" himself.
Indara was trying get the spell off the Wookie, she succeeded, and the witches dropped dead. What did she do wrong! By her lonesome, she took down the Power of Many" hags!

Poorly written episode.

Next episode, a Ben Crump like lawyer will get Osha and Mae $30 million from the Jedi settlement suit.
