It would be cool if you had a video covering everything a beginner needs to do when they first get their kit to have a well running bike... I do realize its an ongoing process in making these things reliable thats why I follow the channel but to basicly consolidate all the information in 1 video would be helpful cause Im not nearly as mechanicly inclined... Tks for the videos brother, Godbless....

Great video, Tony! Thanks for putting these out there for others to learn by and be prepared for what to expect. The dual studs is a great example of an unexpected twist that builders will now be ready for. Hey, when loading the chain, I’ll always pull my plug to remove the compression resistance…it’s night and day easier and reduces the chances of knuckle-tears.😅

I really love the design of the exhaust port make so much more sense... hopefully the do something similar with carb intake... will elliminate hassle for new builders that dont understand air leaks

I find it easier to leave spark plug out when turning over the engine, installing the chain.

Yeah, I thought I ordered this kit. But I am missing the crank case and the carb that was sent is different than that. But I was sent a really intense magneto/cdi set up.

Hi Tony great video man, I just got my first bike berry kit I’m installing it right now and trying to watch all your videos at the same time so I don’t mess it up. Thanks for making these videos. I bought the 80/100 cc and I just watched your video comparing the 66/80 to the 80/100 and my vote is yes if you designed an expansion chamber I would definitely buy it

i have that exact same bikeberry BT100 on my bike its a good engine except for that baofang carburetor. they Ship with. A month after i built the bike i wound up catching COVID so the bike sat while I recovered. and sadly if you don't run the baofang carb dally the seals in it dry out and it starts leaking Bikebery should just stick to the NT speed carb with there kits.

If you keep the regular mountain bike gearing and shifting system, would it be like a dirt bike?

The wheel on the chain tensioner should it move back and forth on the shaft? Also how much play should be on the drive chain? Thanks.

Did you ever do a video diagnosing the previous engine's failure? Sounded like a classic failure due to lack of oil. The squeak and seizes are very typical failure symptoms.

I didn't know you could have two chain connectors on the same chain.

Hey Tony. I just recently purchased one from you guys and I've had it running for two weeks now. Here's the thing, the engine case leaks oil at the seams not a lot. I love the torque, don't do wheelies it will come out from underneath you. Took like 8 hrs and a few cuss words to get it the motor mounted because you haven't made a video about them yet until now. I'll send you a video tony of the bike here in a few days. Ohhh... The magneto housing leaks as well. We need to fix that. Figure out a way to where a small rinse from the water hose won't fry the magneto... Deal?

Quick question, can I add a disk brake set up on my bike? And if so can you provide a good link for a purchase site?

The that dies sounds to me that you might have a problem with fule feed and little power the the spark, it kills more 2 stroke all the time I found after heavy work are too much going the motor gives out .gas feed lite spark not fireing

You can weld an exhaust up on that bike. I've had 2 YD100s, the chinese version of the 50mm piston. They are torquier but generally not worth the headaches in break in etc. They get hotter than regular engines and overheat easily. I would liek to try the BT100. They don't ship to my country
