SMOKED BEEF RIBS - THE BEST YOU EVER HAD!!!!

Total cooking time: 13 hours 30 minutes
Preparation time 1 hours 10 minutes
Cooking time 12 hours 20 minutes

Ingredients:
Beef Ribs
Fine salt - 2 tablespoons
Cane sugar - 1 tablespoon
Crushed black pepper - 2 tablespoons
Sage leaves - 1/2 tablespoon
Celery leaves - 1/2 tablespoon
Onion powder - 1 tablespoon
Garlic powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Tumeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Smoked Paprika powder - 1 tablespoon
Chili flakes - 1 tablespoon

How To:
13h30m - Start up your smoker or barbecue and set it to smoke at 110 Celsius or 225 Fahrenheit.
12h30m - Mix the spices for the rub and apply it to the beef ribs
12h20m - Smoke the beef ribs until they reach a core temperature of 88 Celsius or 190 Fahrenheit
00h20m - Let the beef ribs rest for around 20 minutes
00h00m - Enjoy!

Hi roel, did the recipie today with the waygu flatribs. The meat was real tasty only the bark was way to salt for me. And the meat around the bones was a bit chewy? I removed the membrane before i smoked it. Next stop brisket😍

Great video, I'm going to give it a shot on my REC TEC this weekend. Ive never had a lot of success with beef ribs but after seeing your results I've got to try again!
