17.Spain decide to eat something from France.
18.Sweden borrowed a little piece from Denmark... part of Hillerød region to be more specific.
19.Austria is trying to get more in touch with Bratislava.

Edit: (All credits to the other comment for this edit the first list was what I actually spotted) Another comment said Albania owns some Italian land which I could see now. I can also see Bosnia and Herzegovina has way too much coastline. And also Austria has Czech land too.

moldova is moldavia, lithuania is smaller, austria has grown in size, ukraine lost territory to moldova, luxembourg does not exist in this map, and slovakia took land from hungary and maybe more i think
