Building a tiny home from scratch can be over 100 grand and it takes a huge chunk of time and effort. I bet the price of this one is almost the same price as the trailer you need to buy to put the tiny home on. The price on these things are extremely affordable and a good temp solution vs living in a shit ass apartment for years, throwing a huge chunk of your income to some fat pos landlord every month who doesn't give af about you.

Last year, I invested $27k in Proopsy modular homes and made about $40k within the first year for renting it out—and it’s still growing. I would suggest a concrete slab. All those blocks are going to do is sink in the ground and cause it to be uneven and Leaks. I have seen enough storage buildings and are uneven and leak because of this and am pretty sure a house you walk in a lot will be worse.

I know a guy that bought one at a county auction for 8k. The beauty of these is you only need a 9 or 10ft wide drive through the woods once onsite, unfold it for setup and Walla, its a basic setup that needs to be made watertight but its very easy to accoplish and temp structure only pay property taxes.
