That’s not exactly what the Hadith says btw. It says The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to us: When one of you becomes angry while standing, he should sit down. If the anger leaves him, well and good; otherwise he should lie down. (Sahih, Sunan Abi Dawud 4782)

I don’t know what tormented me in my sleep, but something did it wasn’t sleep paralysis because I could move. My parents say I used to take weapons up to my room like a salad tonsil and she would ask me what it’s for and I say there’s a bad man that watches me while I sleep. I wonder if it could be a jinn because by dogs always used to go off in my room
