Hi Marissa! Last year after I bought your budget spreadsheet, I tried to add an extra column that I could check mark ✅ for tax deductible so that I could look back and filter for it at tax time. I wasn’t able to figure it out, but maybe that would be a cool update/upgrade for your spreadsheet and/or your “in folder” option so that we can all make sure that we are keeping up with tax items throughout the year and it’s not all at one time! ☺️

Great ideas! I do the same with my HSA in gdrive then in the receipt "in folder" cell, I right click the receipt pdf in the drive click "get link" and put the receipt link URL in the box. 🤓I'm a spreadsheet nerd LOL

Shoot I forget to keep those HSA receipts. Marissa, have you thought about doing a video that has HSA approved items on it? I read an article about things that weren't allowed but are now (feminine care, etc). It could be helpful! :)

Would you be able to do a video about how to find a good CPA? Or have one to recommend? We have asked for local recommendations and get so many it is hard to know how to weed them out.

Question, do you send the original papers off to your CPA, or the files on google drive? Where do the physical papers go??
