Hey everyone, we made a mistake in this video. Theodore Roosevelt was indeed shot, but not during a speech. He was actually shot while on his way to deliver a speech in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Despite being shot, Roosevelt still went on to deliver his speech.

He not only finished his speech, but took time to roast his would-be assassin.

AND, when he finally went to the doctor's office, he didn't go to the nearest one like anyone else would. He literally traveled over an hour away by train to see his _favorite_ doctor.

Teddy even pleaded with the crowd not to harm the shooter and had police protect him. He wasn't coughing up blood, so he knew it hadn't reached his lungs. Dude was built different!
