Gujarati/ indian woman here. Been raised from start with tongue scrapping and its awesome. Its in the indian culture and so good for oral hygiene. I brush my teeth, interdental, scrape and mouthwash. My dentist is always happy to see me 😅. Try it! I promise its worth it. Dont gag yourself and be careful not to get a scraper with too sharp an edge. Make sure its stainless steel for anti bacterial reason and wash between uses. And get it soon before any price gouging starts❤

Washing your pits with Panoxil is a game changer! I've been doing that since last year, ur really works! First I scrub with regular soap and then I use Panoxil and just rinse it off.

That 8 second water ruined my hair!

I have fine, medium dense wavy hair and it ruined the cuticle. Turned it into a total frizz ball that tooks months to fix. Still dont know why. Maybe because i dont use heat tools or dye, and havent had highlights in a couple years 🤷‍♀️

The 8 second water ruined my hair . I have semi thick wavy frizzy hair. After using it, it made my hair horribly frizzy and made it like a sticky gum consistency. Keep in mind my hair is virgin . It took months for my waves to come back to normal.
