And here’s a hard truth for many of us singles…we may not marry. Many of us desire it…but it’s not promised to us in God’s word. Yes God created marriage…He said it’s not good for man to be alone…he who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord. But it’s not a guarantee.

I like the fact that the brother brought scripture…I know that doesn’t mean much if you’re not living it. But you can tell he’s in his word or is under sound biblical teaching…work out your salvation with fear and trembling. You don’t really hear that from your average Christian🤣🥴🤦🏽‍♀️

As Christian single women…and this is my personal thoughts on the matter…i don’t think we should be out there looking. In God’s timing, I believe He will orchestrate the divine meeting of your spouse….and that could be anywhere. In the meantime the word instructs us as singles to mind the things of the Lord, how we may be pleasing to Him. We should also ask God to help us be content in any and every situation that we’re in. It’s quite alright to desire marriage. Marriage honors and pleases God. And if it’s in Gods plan for your life, it will come to pass. So many of us get impatient and take matters into our own hands…which can lead to heartbreak and frustration. God knows best and it’s really in our best interest to wait on Him❤

It's odd that a lot of Christian men and women want marriage but it's not happening as much as it should. I mean the biggest thing is we both are in Christ, either we are getting in our own way or God has a specific man or woman of His that He has for you. Otherwise it's like you're a follower and I am..what's up lol

Also important to note that women are coddled in church so many men are opting out and leaving the church because of it. I don't believe that all these brothers are the issue. Some are but the majority can't be.

One of the big unspoken issues is that Christian women want money, MONEY from a man. The money-lust is very obvious and a bit repulsive. They feel that they deserve a rich guy. These churches have them believing their husband needs to be a "BOAZ".
There are not too many of those around, and they pass up on good kingdom men.

I'm blessed thankfully, but I see my own sisters do this and they remain single as such...
