Riding through Atigun pass blew my mind, once again. Alaska absolutely delivered.

Those small little things like taking a rock for the journey, forgetting your passport, taking a lunch break by the creek and the stunning drone shots and soundtrack making you so awesome, asking to subscribe is not up your league, you'll get by the millions in no-time.
And honestly, I think a really great compliment I can make is that I watched Itchy Boots since she started her journey years ago and I watch you since you started just recently, and I keep waiting for your videos way more, you're talented, 10/10.

The drone shots of the trucks on the pass in the dust and shots from your bike in between. Accompanied with the perfect music. Unreal good quality. filming and editing. Chapeau!

Hi Eric, I’m so envious, I’m watching wishing I was on this journey with you. I have a GS sitting in my garage because it’s mid.winter right now. Your honesty is what makes watching your journey so entertaining. Stay safe.

Forgetting things, like passports....after several experiences like that when travelling overseas, i still now have dreams of doing it. I left a small pack with most of my cash one time in the back of a truck (i hitched on) in British Honduras (now Belize). Walked back into the center of the town, found the same truck & the money still laying in the back. I still have the grin lines etched on my face from that one. Take care lad... you're doing great.

I love that you included the ride to the extreme North. Your drone work is some of the best. Expert level cinematography. Safe travels Eric.

Don’t worry Eric, WE ARE ALL IN THIS WITH YOU!!! In theory, one guy riding a bike on a road that I’m sure in most moments for you, is slow or boring or you think it’s its the same ole same old, but your storytelling, and commentary and most of all music selections make this journey a real episodic style documentary and I’m hooked like I’m sure everyone will be once as soon as they see one episode!! WE ARE WITH YOU!!

I have just one small favor to ask. BE CONFIDENT at then end when you’re trying to work the YouTube Algorithm!! I’m sure that in the moment, you are skeptical and hesitant that this venture may not work, but I hope you see now that it is so tell us all, “You don’t want to miss what this trip has in store, so do you me and yourself a favor and SUBSCRIBE!!” I can only imagine where in real time you’ve made it to as of today 11 Jan 2025, but i hope you read this comment and that we get to see this secret transformation on a future AWESOME video from you soon!!

Whenever in doubt during the trip, take a look at that rock and remember you want to throw that in the ocean in New Zealand! You set out to do this trip and i feel you will, the channel will grow, so the budget will be there. ...and i can't wait what adventure awaits you and the beautiful moments and scenery, we will get to experience with you.

Eric your journey is about to begin so far it appears your trip north was a success. You’re about to start on the journey of your life. Enjoy every moment of it and be safe.

Eric I live in Christchurch New Zealand. I’m going to follow your progress so that when you are on the final leg of your journey to the southern-most tip of New Zealand, I’ll put the word out amongst the riding community so a big number of riders can escort you to the completion point of your amazing epic journey. When do you expect to make it to NZ?

My first solo ride 20 years ago from Halifax to Florida, over to Nashville and up into Ontario back started not the romantic way I thought. I was curled up under an overpass on day two of it with it pouring cats and dogs thinking “this sucks”. Fortunately, I kept going and had an amazing adventure. Anyone watching you or Itchy Boots soon learn - it’s not always sunny and fun. Keep it up

And the adventure you are probably well into it and riding in a warm place by now. The physical part is hard, but pace yourself and take some days off to recover. The hardest part will be the mental aspect of it...traveling alone....but you can work thru that also. Don't exhaust yourself and take any set backs as a small road bump. Maintaining yourself is as important as maintaining your bike. I am rooting for you and thank you for taking an old guy along for the ride. I still ride, but a few days at a time. Garth
