Yea right.... According to this i should have a 2800 mortgage per month... Actually i have a 1900 a month mortgage... Br responsible people. Live beneath your means. Wealth doesnt bring happiness, options in life do. In other words, to be happy, you dont need money to by happiness... You only need money to by options.

People…I’m offering advice from what I’ve experienced.. buy a smaller home, it’s still yours and you will love it when you make it your own..don’t stretch too far, you need a life outside of big payments..

1990's math before common core wokeness: your mortgage should not be more than 28% of your take home pay and your mortgage plus loans and credit cards should not be more than 36% of your take home pay.

What a dumb formula, so my mortgage payment should be £5k a month, not a chance! That sort of money buys a house where there is to many toilets to take a dump in!

That's more than twice what I pay without adding my wife. Did you just get your first house and now are telling people how to do it?
