What about the property stolen by the city. The ones they used water bills to steal the homes.

Here's an idea, if the property has been abandoned for 2 or more years then the city could give them to family's who can keep them up. They would have to make the repairs ( including basic ) within so much time of taking the property. Once those repairs are made the property could become their's with the condition that they stay in the home for no less than 10 years. It would help family's get off the streets and out of the shelters.

They are making it extremely easy to fine home owners that are actually trying to turn around the city of Baltimore we have owned a Airbnb in fells point renting out to traveling nurses and Baltimore city has done everything they can to make it impossible to rent even revoking our rental license becuase of complaints of noise coming from a neighbor, they do not pick up their trash that we have been paying for for over 4 years. Baltimore is going to absolute utter shit and the officials will not take a second out of their time to even attempt right their wrongs
