Baltimore County Council considers impact fee legislation

The Baltimore County Council is considering new legislation related to impact fees for new construction.
"This is being brought forward by the Executive Branch, this is a County Executive bill and it's the first step in reforming the impact fee structure we have in place," said Councilman Izzy Patoka.
