Hello and welcome back to another episode of Train Simulator 2021!

Today we'll be taking a look at one hell of a patch! This patch is by a chap called Steve Green from the Alan Thomson Sim website. It dramatically improves the Class 323 that comes with the Cross City Line by Dovetail Games, as it essentially fixes the majority of the moans I had in the last video.

To download the FREE patch (who doesn't love a freebie?!) head to the link below!

From the previous videos this is a massive improvement, even the screech of the tracks as it pulls into Sutton Coldfield, start up sounds so so much better as well

Nice, definitely a worthwhile upgrade. I still won't give DTG any of my money though.

Thanks for revisiting. Like the Simpsons, all is back to as it should be! Still love both the route and the model - and now improved audio is the charm!

Thanks for this Joe, glad you're enjoying the 323 now. If, I - a complete novice could fix it then what's going wrong at DTG? Cheers, Steve (SP developer).

Excellent vid, the sound pack really brings the 323 to life!
I think the emergency brake thing is a bug, it happens to me, it can be very annoying so that’s why i only use notch 3 brake and turn off the DSD

DTG should have approached Anthony Bowden and paid to use his openBVE sounds for his Class 323. They are still better than the so-called improved ones. It's an AP money-grab, not a patch.
