at 6:24, "low concentration of (cholesterol) lowers fluidity (of membrane)", should it not be the opposite since cholesterol adds rigidity to a membrane? So high cholesterol makes a membrane more rigid/less fluid, low cholesterol makes a membrane more fluid?

Sir while mentioning about flip flop movement from inner to outter leaflet of the membrane, what will be the condition of the unsaturated fatty acid tails which are present in the inner leaflet? I couldn't see any unsaturated fatty acid tails there.
