This year's volume features chapters on Russia-China relations and world order, U.S. tech alliances, extended nuclear deterrence, and India’s foreign policy.
Brain Carlson, head of the Global Security Team, Névine Schepers, Co-Team Head and Senior Researcher in the Swiss and Euro-Atlantic Security Team, and Boas Lieberherr, a member of the Global Security Team will join Emily Harding, Senior Fellow and Deputy Director of the International Security Program at CSIS, to discuss the report.
