I have learnt this subject but never thought of it like that, I had no idea that if my system has more energy I would measure a bigger Mass of the system, I just thought that some of the Mass is converted to energy needed to keep the particles together, thank you for that video!

Bro you are overreacting on your misunderstanding, I think you not read quantum entangalment of fabric fields, which explains it way better than Bohr rubbish
