One of the first things that caught my eye on your reviews is the A/V quality of your videos. It gives everyone a better idea what they are buying. HDR just ups the ante even more. MOF, this upcoming video on the U7N might just be the determining factor on a panel I've been researching for a few weeks.

I just bought u7n 55 last week...very happy with the picture & audio...only downer was...compared to my Samsung DU8000, the USB playback capabilities on the Hisense is inferior & the processing speed is smoother & faster with the Samsung

I have a Hisense 75R6E4 and the picture looked great. I do have a problem with HLG on this TV. Until recently the picture would only play in HLG mode for about a minute and then stop and go to the Roku home screen. That has cleared up on shorter videos but when I played a 30 minute video it played for about 20 minutes and then went to the Roku screen. It only does this with HLG on You Tube videos.

Played it simultaneously in SDR on a Samsung S90C and HDR on a LG G3 above it, and the HDR presentation was far and away better. Colors really popped on the HDR version and looked about normal on the SDR. MUCH prefer the HDR version.

Did you calibrate or have this tv calibrated? Ive heard a review stating the out of the box colors need calibrating and another that said they were good.

I am planning to buy this tv, should I go for a 55 inch + atmos soundbar or 65 inch. Waiting for the full review. Also do you think it is better than TCL Q7?
