Though the system is really good by itself, sometimes it is dangerous and you need it to be locked right away, because otherwise you can slip in the meantime while the system detect slip and brakes the wheels (so you can climb), and by then you'd be in a compromised spot. I have been there. I'd recommend having lockers for this type of offroading, I went with rear locker for a while but now added front and its just unstoppable. Drive safe!
