How to Get Professional Wood Finishes with an HVLP Sprayer and Lacquer

I am completely impressed. I just got my 4th sprayer (HVLP) so I’ve sprayed a thing or two. In my defense, one of my airless went down so I have 3 working sprayers. Great stuff - thank you! One question: If a spray gun (example Iwata LPH-80) states to use 13 PSI / 1.8 CFM, and the product to be sprayed states 40-60 PSI (Crystalac Brite Tone water based clear coat), which number do you set on the air pressure guage at the gun?

I spray final coat melamine glossy finish. But often I get bubbles on the workpiece after spraying. How can I get rid of that?
