I’m going to be honest, when I scrolled onto this video and heard “non-garbage” my mind instantly was like “Ok, time to watch this whole thing to see how garbage it is”, and I was very surprised by the lack of garbage. You get a thumbs up AND a heart. 👍❤

That's a very simple/ghetto farm, which is good for early game.
The issue is that, as reported by people, creepers will eventually explode because they're getting attacked.
When caving, you'll see this when they get repeatedly hit, especially by other mobs, like skeletons, even if the snowball doesn't do any damage to them (unlike it does to blazes).
A cat fear based farm is more annoying to get, but it should work better when you have managed to get a couple villagers and built a breeder to make an artificial village to generate cats OR just tame and breed cats from a natural village. Cats blocked and sitting in the middle of a platform will scare but not trigger creepers (at least I've never heard of such). Having that area for them to run with the 2 open hatches to fall is essential. So it's more work and finicky, but solid.
The lower you build it and the smallest amount of solid blocks under or over it, the faster it'll spawn. So, slab roof also helps.

I'm not sure if this is also true in bedrock, but in java you don't have to place 4 carpets/slabs, only 3 per side. Spiders need 3x3 area to spawn, as they spawn on the middle of a block. You can place the carpets in the gaps between current ones. I think this could also increase the rates a little, because the creepers will have more area to spawn on.
Unless there's another reason for the addictional carpets that i'm not aware of, then I'm sorry for the misinformation.

Mob farm: remove the trapdoors so that most mobs spawb but you can die so easily 💀

I would recommend making 8-12 layers I made 8 and it gets a stack of gunpowder every 7 minutes

For bedrock users just use a trident killer instead, it's much better and the looting 3 also works. You can find many trident killer tutorials.
